I’d highly recommend this Essex vest. Fits true to size. We live in Northern California and it’s the perfect vest year long for him.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Big Disappointment I ordered a new Essex Vest a week ago, since I love the existing one I've had for two years but, unfortunately, the product received falls short of what I expected. One feature in particular that I loved about my current vest were the 6 interior pockets, especially the zippered upper-chest pocket on the right (it was perfect for placing my wallet) but this new vest only have 4 lower/interior pockets much to my dismay. Additionally, the interior finish just feels cheap in comparison to my current vest. I didn't think I'd ever say this about anything purchased from Peter Millar (PM), but this product has soured me on the brand and will cause me look elsewhere with my future purchases (I see other PM responses to reviews posted, which infer from time to time PM's designers change things up based on feedback but I don't buy it...to this customer this vest feels cheaply made with a cheap feel to the product and is quite inferior to the one I currently own, yet the price has gone up rather than down. Extremely disappointed!
