The hat fits differently to the other golf hats I've had but that isn't necessarily a bad thing, I prefer the fit of this to titleist caps etc

Two Caps, Two Quality Issues, and No Refund Resolu
I’m very disappointed with this purchase and the way the issue was handled.
The first cap I received had a serious quality problem. After only one hour of wearing it, the stitching ripped, causing the clasp to separate from the sweatband. I contacted the company and reported the issue, and they agreed to send me a replacement.
Unfortunately, the second cap also arrived with quality issues. The inner band is visible through the outer fabric, making the white fabric appear too transparent. Additionally, the logo does not have a consistent appearance.
After receiving two caps with quality problems, I no longer want another replacement or any additional products. I requested a refund, but I was informed that they could not return my money.
I gave the company an opportunity to resolve the original issue, but the replacement had additional defects. The biggest disappointment is not only the lack of product quality but also the customer service experience and the refusal to provide a refund after two unsuccessful attempts.

Great Crown Seal cap/hat!
Great hat, my husband loves it and jut wore it playing golf in Cape Cod. I purchased in the Nantucket Red since we live in Massachusetts. Just wish PM would expand the Crown Seal offerings/products.

Good quality, a little big for the 'one size'.
Quality is fab, look is great. It comes up quite deep, so gets close to ears. Would have liked it a fraction shallower.
