When I wrote customer service they gave me a partial refund which was better than nothing but not what I would expect from Peter Millar.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great Fit, Consistently Disappointing Quality These are some of the most comfortable pants I’ve ever owned, which makes the quality issues even more disappointing. I’ve purchased 6–7 pairs over the years, and nearly every pair has eventually developed tears in high-wear areas, particularly around the seat and back pockets. I’ve gone through Peter Millar’s warranty process before and was provided a replacement pair, but that pair also ripped after a relatively short period of use and ultimately had to be discarded. Most recently, I purchased another pair from a local retailer and, after only about two months of wear, the back pocket has already started to tear. The fit, comfort, and appearance are excellent, but the durability has been consistently disappointing. At this price point, I expect much better longevity. I keep coming back because they’re so comfortable, but repeated quality issues across multiple pairs make it hard to recommend them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fit, feel and look is 10/10, durability is 3/10 I love the fit, feel and look of these pants. It looks better than most other pants on the market and I get lots of compliments when I wear them. Unfortunately, they consistently rip across the back pockets. It will start as a small tear and then end up fully torn all across the back, near the pockets. This has happened now with multiple pairs. I reported it th first time me Peter Millar worked with me to make it right, but it continues to happen. If I’m spending that much on a pair of pants I expect them to last longer than 7-8 months. I continue to replace the ripped ones, but it is becoming an expensive endeavor as the pile of ripped pants gets larger and larger. One pair I purchased had a white spit on them that I was told was not a defect from manufacturer. I wasn’t pleased about it, but continued to do business with them as most of my closet (polos, pants, pullovers, shoes are Peter Millar). I am always hunting for a pair of pants that fit and feel like these pants but will last and have good build quality and materials.

DHL sent the rest back to Pillar Millar as undeliverable which makes no sense since half the order was delivered and received. I then received no communication from Peter Millar concerning my order until I called them. I still have no status and don’t know when the second pair will be delivered. I will give it one more week and then I will just request a refund.

They also get stretched out and look like casual denim vs something you'd wear to work. I unfortunately got mine hemmed or I would have returned them.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too Much Stretch - Doesn't Hold Shape I bought two pairs of these pants recently, as I literally wear Peter Millar 5 pocket pants every single day. These are not the same though. They have way too much stretch in them, to where the sizing is off and they don't retain shape. They look like they fit at the beginning of the day, but by the end of the day pockets are loose and the pants look a little too big. I wish I had returned these, but you don't realize the issues until after you wear them for a full day or two.

Don't even think I put them through the wash at that point. Now I have a pair I can't wear, and a pair I'm afraid to wear due to fear of a wardrobe malfunction.
