Love this jacket which is light and warm. Ideal for out and about and not just on the golf course

Great go-to jacket
This jacket is amazing. It is very lightweight but nicely warm . The acetate lining makes it a breeze to slip on over sweaters. It is stylish and loose fitting. Perfect purchase!

The most shockingly disappointing item
I had been eyeing this jacket for some time. I thought it was a great concept based off the description. It reminded me of a more “put together” version of a barn/barbour type of jacket. I thought it would be perfect for fall golf, or especially links golf at home in the southwest of Ireland. However, it was the most misleading description, and it is the most shockingly “cheap”(for lack of a better word), item I’ve ever owned from Peter Millar. The price point in my opinion, and experience, is very well justified as their items are so incredibly well made, they last forever, and they work for so many different occasions. This is NOT a true representation of Peter Millar. It’s extremely unflattering. I’m 5’ 9”, and 120lbs, and I typically like oversized items, as they hide a lot, and don’t show how lanky my upper body is. Even on myself, it simply looks like a bad “windbreaker” type of athletic wear that you’d see in second hand shops, and it reminds me of something you’d see in bad 90’s photos when jogging suits were a look. It would be actually perfect if you’re pregnant, as it reminds me very much of maternity wear, but if you’re not pregnant, you’ll look it. It’s a hard no! I hope my review saves another customer from my mistake. Just don’t. It looks entirely different in person, and doesn’t match the description whatsoever. It’s just a very rare lemon from Peter Millar as I’ve only incredible things to say about everything else I’ve bought from this brand. I believe it must be just a design flaw, or a manufacturing error.
