Received a Used Pair
I ordered these as a gift, and thankfully I opened them before gifting them. The shoes are used, including scuffs, water damage, and chips in the soles. I cannot believe these were able to re-sold in this condition. Extremely disappointing given the cost. If they were in new condition, these would be a lovely shoe

Uncomfortable and noisy
Do these shoes ever loosen up? Heel of shoe is so hard, it grinds up against your heel and causes blisters if you are going to be doing any sort of walking.
The metal piece on top is loose and jingles around making noise with any movement. For $250 you'd really expect a better product, it seems like no one at peter millar ever tried these on and walked around for a day. You'd notice they're uncomfortable and make noise pretty quickly and try to fix those issues. But what do I know!
They're sharp looking and good material but come on.

Poor shipment handling
This is my second pair of these. Great loafer but they have come with a scratch both times I ordered. Not a minimal scratch but a rather large scrape off of the leather.
