Very uncomfortable and disappointed.
Been wearing these loafers daily in hopes breaking in the leather. Unfortunately, it is taking a toll on my feet and not seeing any softening. I can not continue to wear the shoes. These loafers do not live up to Peter Millar high quality standards. Sadly I learned a lesson, looks and high price may not mean quality and comfort.

Classy and Comfy
I bought these loafers twice. The first pair were too big so I returned them, which was very easy and seamless. The 2nd pair arrived on time and they were perfect. I wore them to my son’s wedding so they got a workout. They were very comfy given I wore them right out of the box for the first time for the wedding. Worth the expense for sure!! I am normally an 11.5 and I went down to the 10.5 for proper fit.

Great shoe, consider lug/grip sole option
Love the look of this shoe. One suggestion: Sole is terribly slippery when wet on some paved surfaces (granite lobby floors, some pavers). Have almost wiped out multiple times. Consider adding a lug or some type of better gripping sole or diff rubber compound (perhaps totally different model). Look at Allen Edmonds Arezzo lug sole. You can do it and still remain thin.

Great Style very tight
I have had these shoes for almost a year now. They remain one of my favorites from a style/look, however they are so tight that I sometimes decide against wearing them. At the price, and since most orders done online PM should really consider a wider option since I'm seeing many reviews stating they were too tight. I would still recommend these shoes, however, if you have even slightly wider feet, I would definitely suggest ordering a half size larger.

Beautiful Shoe! Endurance questionable.
I will admit from the start that I tend to wear my shoes a little harder than most, but it only took about 12 months for the heels to be extremely worn (heavily slanted now when walking) and the sole of the shoe is also worn through on the right side. The stitching that holds the strap beneath the 'bit' is also freyed and falling apart. The shoe is beautiful; I love the brown color and I love that it has a slight heel (unlike most bit loafers I've tried). I'm just not sure I love the construction quality, considering the price.

Yes! These are the classic black loafers
I bought these a few weeks ago for my husband. He has been looking for a classic black loafer. Bingo! We found them. He said they are comfortable and run true to size. He has a pair of Gucci loafers too which are beautiful but my husband said these are more comfortable. Plus, these are much less expensive! Win-win.

My first pair of Peter Millar shoes.
Even though I have worn your clothing for many years, a happy customer. Style, quality and customer service have always been superb.
I have only worn my black loafers once out of doors. Wore them one day around the house and learned how comfortable they were. I have minor back issues and shoes must give the
proper support and yours do, arch support and over all comfortable leather and sole cushion complete the product. I will order more of your shoes soon.
