Strange Fit
Unfortunately there is no picture showing someone wearing this. If there was, you’d be able to see that it is very, very oversized at the shoulders and chest. Even seeing there is a dolman sleeve, there is no indication that the proportions are totally wrong. The lower part fits as sized, but the top seems to be at least one size larger than indicated. The fit is terrible.
