Description

The Essex Quilted Gilet is constructed from windproof and water-resistant quilted fabric that provides optimal protection in blustery weather. The interior is fleece-lined for ideal warmth and features six interior pockets for ultimate functionality. Finished with a stand up collar, hidden zip-front, and exterior side pockets.

This vest is sized so well, and it's soft, not too thick, not too thin, just right. I got him the gray which is subtle, yet rich, the detail piping makes me happy, and he really likes the interior pockets. Last, he's a big guy and the fit is great on the 2XL.

Overall, a good buy although a little pricey, especially when it was put on sale just after the holiday season. Plenty of pockets and a nice suprise if a bottle opener in one pocket.
