Good not great. Poor return policy.
I ordered quarter zip sweaters from a few different merchants. The weave of this one was too open and my dress shirt/polo showed through the sweater. This was one of the more expensive options and I thought the quality was just average. I have a 44” chest and 35” sleeve and the Large fit me best. $6 charge for return shipping makes me less likely to order from Peter Millar again.

If it’s a sweater for golf then label it such.
Cut and craftsmanship is good. But the material is the type you’d find in a sports sweater… very thin. It should be labeled… a sports sweater.

I thought the sweater couldn’t have been and cheaper it was so thin, must have cost pennies for the material, so unlike the quality I’m use to expecting from Peter Millar, very disappointing.

Long and lean…
Beautiful sweater! It stayed balled-up in its mailing pouch for two weeks and came out fresh and unwrinkled. The same for being packed in a suitcase. Something about the fit is extraordinary— makes my 5’8” slightly round (but very handsome) husband look long and lean.

Lovely but fragile
I love this sweater. I own about four of them. They fit well and look great. The only problem is they don’t hold up everyone of them after about a year where end up with little holes around the belly button nonetheless, I stupidly keep buying them.

Great fabric and construction, but odd fit
Bought two of these and the fabric and quality were top notch, but like many other reviews, I have to say the sleeves are too long on me. It'd a very odd cut and I have not had this issue with other brands. Returning everything.

Cool Weather Favorite
Light enough to layer over polos or sport shorts, but warm enough to provide some real comfort in the cold. Perfect business casual attire or great for dinner out. Have had some of these over ten years and they still look new.

Great Quarter-Zip Sweater
High quality quarter-sip sweater. I have tried and returned several other brands but none of them fit like this sweater does. I am 6'4" and a large fit perfectly. It is soft and comfortable and I have received numerous compliments on the fit. I liked the sweater so much I ordered it in three different colors.

Rips and pulls
My wife bought me a burgundy sweater last year and it has a rip in it and she bought me a navy one for Christmas this year and it has a pull in it. That’s 0 for 2. I work at a computer and these have been babied. I have maybe been worn 5-10 times for the burgundy and 3 or so times for the navy. But at your own risk

Beautiful and quality made
I purchased this as a gift for my husband for several reasons. Peter Millar is one of his favorite designers, so I knew at the bare minimum, I'd be in the ballpark. (2) He loves this sort of design for sweaters, the 3/4 zipper. (3) I got him the Cranberry color and it looks just like it does on the website. The color looks amazing in person. He usually goes with grey, navy, black, etc and was so happy to have a different color. (4) the fit. He's not a slim fit and this just fit him perfectly. He could have maybe gone down a size, but it may have been too snug at that point. If in doubt, go with the normal size you buy (5) The quality of the material. It's not a heavy weight, but it feels like it'll keep you warm.

Wrinkles Easy
The quality is good and the fit is alright, a little baggy in the armpits area and I'm a muscular build. My biggest complaint with this sweater is that it wrinkles incredibly easy. Wear it in the car and by the time you arrive at work or your destination, you're guaranteed to have wrinkles in the stomach from sitting. Pretty disappointing as none of my other PM quarter zips have ever had this issue.

I was hoping for a maroon shade and got it ! Color is not as bright as a"cranberry." Anytime you're looking at reds on online they won't be accurate. I got lucky. It's a nice muted red. Summer weight merino wool unfortunately but he really likes it so it's staying.
